While we strictly adhere the standards, we recommend you also take your own precautions whenever shopping online. We encourage you to only use known safe options that protect you as the customer for example paypal and most credit card providers that supply their own buyer protection. 

Another recommendation is to only purchase from a secure website. How can I tell this you ask? Well it’s actually quite simple. When you view the website, if it starts with http – it is not secure. If it starts with https – then it is secured. That is what the S stands for – original right!

Our products are not certified organic. We do however use organic ingredients wherever possible and most of our products have a greater than 85% organic rating.

Vegan

All of our products are 100% vegan, with the exception of our Bright Eyes I 24K Gold + Collagen Eye Mask.

The only guinea pigs we have are our pets!

We test our products on ourselves, not our cuddly friends.

This is extremely important to us and we do not collaborate with companies that do not share our values.

Firstly, we are very sorry that this happened. We take great pride in our work, however as we are only human, mistakes sometimes happen.

How to Return ProductsIf you are required to return products in accordance with this policy, you will be issued instructions by our team. Please do not return items without first contacting us. 

Depending on the reason for the return, shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer.
